In solidarity,

The BAWS Tops Team

BAWS is a living, learning organization committed to sex worker justice and community care. We know that our work is racial justice, harm reduction, trans liberation, anti-poverty work, abolition, and more. Rooted in solidarity, we stand with poor and working-class people, drug users, disabled folks, trans communities, and BIPOC sex workers. We’re looking for  community members who move in alignment with these values to join our leadership team. Those most impacted by systemic barriers—BIPOC, trans, GNC, disabled folks, and caregivers—are especially encouraged to join us.
